The agreement between you and Arctiv AB when you use Propiler.
Last updated 2026-10-24
1. The agreement
Propiler is provided by Arctiv AB, org. no. 559279-9703 (“we”). These terms apply when you create an account or use Propiler — the web app, the admin console, the iOS app, the API or an AI assistant connection. If you use Propiler for an organization, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm that you may do so. A separate written agreement with an organization takes precedence where it says something different.
2. Your account
Give correct details and keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself.
You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
3. Your content
Your equipment records, packlists, photos and other content remain yours (or your organization’s). You give us the right to store, process and show that content only as needed to provide Propiler to you and the people you share it with. In a workspace that belongs to an organization, the organization decides over the content.
Do not upload content you have no right to use, and be careful with photos that show people.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
use Propiler for anything unlawful, or to store content that is unlawful;
try to get into other people’s data or accounts, or around limits and access controls;
overload, disrupt or scrape the service, or use it to send spam;
test our security outside the rules on the security page.
5. AI features
AI suggestions — for example details read from a photo — can be wrong. They are drafts that you review; nothing is saved until you accept it. An organization can switch AI features off for its members.
6. Plans and payment
Propiler has a free plan and paid plans with the limits shown in the app. Paid plans are billed as agreed with you, currently by invoice. We give notice before a price change takes effect for you.
7. Changes and availability
We develop Propiler continuously and may change or remove features. We tell you in advance about changes that take away something important you rely on. We work to keep Propiler available but cannot promise it is never interrupted, unless we have agreed a service level with your organization in writing.
8. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. When we process personal data for an organization, our data processing agreement applies.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Propiler and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where we can, we warn you first. After an account is deleted its personal data is removed as described in the privacy policy.
10. Liability
Propiler helps you keep track of equipment; it does not replace your own checks. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost production, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Propiler in the twelve months before the damage occurred. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or where mandatory law (such as consumer law) says otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell you about important changes in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Propiler after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights mandatory law gives you where you live.
